water and wastewater treatment facilities, schools, churches, retail stores,
emergency power systems, office buildings, data centers and hotels. Tony is a

Parsons, Project Manager
Ralph has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer
with over thirty years experience in engineering. The experience has been
with electric utility companies, design/build contractors, and consulting
engineering firms. His design experience includes utility lines, pulp and
paper mills, educational facilities, churches, water and wastewater treatment
plants, healthcare, hotels, office buildings, and retail facilities. His
primary responsibilities at Parsons Engineering are in preliminary design,
design standards and specifications, and quality control. Ralph is also an
adjunct professor in the Architectural Engineering department at Tennessee State University.
